Brand Identity Pack

By the end of Month Two, the startup has its core marketing channels, content, and systems in place. Website messaging is refined, social media platforms are ready to use and the brand has a bank of strategic content ready to be used for publishing.

​A collection of  templates the startup can continue using across its marketing activity including social media posts, email campaigns, outreach messages, ad copy and more. 

90-day Marketing Roadmap

​A strategic marketing roadmap outlining recommended priorities, activities and focus areas for the next quarter.

Founder Marketing Playbook

A structured document that brings together the brand identity, messaging framework, content strategy, and marketing systems developed during the programme. This playbook acts as a long-term reference guide, allowing the startup to revisit and apply its marketing foundations as the business grows.

Marketing Systems Workshop

A practical session focused on helping founders confidently run their marketing moving forward.

This workshop covers how to maintain consistency in messaging, how to plan future content efficiently, and how to use the systems and templates developed during the programme.
